Athlete's Foot - Mix one part vinegar with four parts warm water and soak twice daily.

Bug bites - Mix one drop of lavender oil or tea tree oil with 1 t. ice water. Soak a piece of cotton gauze in the dilution and apply to the bite or sting with a Band-Aid for a few hours.

Constipation - Chlorella, a natural detoxifier, has an indigestible cell wall that stimulates peristalsis, the muscle contractions (or waves) that move food through the GI tract. It is available in tablets, capsules, or liquid (dark green coloring) to get a move on things.
