Help in Fighting off the Common Cold

I have allergies and take allergy shots, but this time of year I always seem to catch it and the cough goes on and on... But this year has been different. My sister, Kim, got me started on (Bragg Organic) apple cider vinegar, which we have always recommended to our weight patients for water retention and quick detox. She had started using it after reading "Bragg Healthy Lifestyle." Well, to keep it short, she's using it for her joint pain and has been very pleased. I, on the other hand, have used it for my allergy stuffiness. Granted, it isn't the best tasting stuff, but a tablespoon a day has really kept me clear. Some people recommend more and others divide it into three teaspoons daily, some mix it in orange juice (if not dieting), while others mix it with cold or warm water. Me personally, give it to me in a coffee mug with hot water.
