Here is my story. I have always been big, it runs in the family. I have a
large frame and can carry a lot of weight. I tried to lose weight on my own
with all kinds of diets, Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, high carb,
low carb, all vegetable, and so on. In 07, my brother had a heart attack. I
was a bigger man than him, and I didn’t care to suffer the same fate. My

Let the fun begin, after the blood test, Doc John came in to see me and was concerned that my blood pressure was a little higher than the norm, I had a fatty liver, and my sugar level was high, I also had sleep apnea. You might say I was in bad shape. I would sit down in a chair and fall a sleep trying to hold a conversation with family or friends. I had to shop at the Big & Large shops to get clothes that kinda fit. I love to ride motorcycles, but that was even being affected by my weight. I found out there is hope even for a person my size. Doc John put me on the diet, I chose the all food diet, and in the first month I lost 18 lbs. It wasn’t very long till I started to feel better and I started to sleep good at night. No more sleep apnea or high blood pressure. My sugar level went to normal in 8 months, I was buying clothes at regular stores. I went from a 64 inch waist to a 40, and will get to a 38. I can wash my feet, walk all over the mall, ride my motorcycle and not get tired. I started out as a patient, but now I feel like a representative. I can honestly say the whole staff are now my friends. We have accomplished a lot, and I could not have done it with out them.
